Job Description

Job Responsibilities :
  • Analyzing requirements and proposing appropriate solutions for the lighting needs.
  • Identify new streams for revenue growth & developing marketing plans to build customer preference.
  • Utilize public information and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
  • Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics.
  • Identify and network with financially strong and reliable dealers and channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
  • Evaluate performance & monitor distributor sales and marketing activities.
  • Assist the channel partners to meet their business targets and achieve profitable ROI.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
  • Interface with clients & consultant for suggesting the most viable product range & cultivating relations with them for securing business.
  • Negotiating/ finalization of deals (techno commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.
  • Engineering degree
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
