Job Description

Job Responsibilities :
  • The candidate will report to the General Manager of the company.

  •  Direct the leadership of multiple distribution and warehousing operations through out Kuwait and their respective management teams.

  • Manage and analyze operational budget and expenses (has full P&L accountability for all the operations).  

  • Establish and oversee the implementation of set Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

  •  Work with the Country Manager and rest of the Business Units in Kuwait Operations to increase revenue and profitability.

  • Help with the design and process flow of new perspective warehousing facilities

  •  Directs the inventory management teams to implement new inventory control procedure to achieve world wide standards

  •  Set and achieve Business Unit financial and Operational goals.  

  • Oversee and approve all training and staff development program.

  •  Oversee and approve all internal Service Level Agreement (SLA) between Warehousing and other departments.

  • 10years in a proven managerial position managing large warehousing facilities.
