Job Description

Job Responsibilities :
  • Experience in Human Resources functions covering disciplines such as:
  • Recruiting and staffing.
  • Organizational and space planning
  • Performance management improvement systems.
  • Organization development.
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns.
  • Employee orientation.
  • Development and training policy.
  • Compensation and benefits administration.
  • Employee safety welfare.
  • Wellness and health and employees services and counseling.
  • Gulf Experience is an advantage.
  • Candidate in the age group of 37- 45, with MBA degree
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience only should apply.
