Job Responsibilities :
Manage and
spearhead the strategic development of the Company.
Accountable
for achieving consistent and profitable revenue growth and for the
effective and timely deployment of Global and Regional strategy and
objectives.
Bring inspirational leadership and clear direction to the team.
Provide the team with regular communication on regional and company
performance.
Create a strong and effective engagement with the immediate team and
the extended team of clients.
Responsible for resource management.
Manage key
relationships within new and existing customers and prospects.
Responsible for the overall operational performance and
profitability.
Establish a strong and effective Direct and Indirect channel.
Must have a MBA degree in Human
Resources.
Extensive experience of at least 8-10
years in the similar field is a must.
